Speaker: Anthony Fatemi

Synopsis:

U.S. immigration law, while increasingly stagnant, is complex and nuanced. This discussion will first paint a broad picture of what U.S. immigration laws look like, touching on employment versus family based immigration as well as an explanation of visa quotas. A focus on the more specific area of business immigration law, particularly investment-derived immigrant visas, will then be discussed. A more detailed responsive discussion will then take place in accordance with any interest or questions in certain areas given by the audience.
