Firouz Soltani is a licensed realtor in MD, VA, and D.C. His expertise in the field includes both residential, and commercial real estate. He is especially well known in the Iranian community in the greater Washington area because of his informative articles published in a well-circulated Farsi language weekly paper.

Firouz has been living in the US for the past 23 years, nine of which in Virginia. His many years of experience as a business owner, manager, and sales professional gives him a unique perspective, which in turn- translates in greater benefit for his clients. Firouz was born in Iran, lived in Germany for over ten years, where he attended and graduated from the Technical University of Berlin with a Masters degree.

Since 1988, Mr. Ebneyousef has been the President of International Petroleum Enterprises where he manages the Company’s worldwide consulting services and technical assistance on oil and natural gas development opportunities in the Middle East, North Africa and the Caspian Sea region. Previously he worked for Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) for 14 years — 6 years with ARCO International, on projects in the Middle East; 6 years with ARCO Oil & Gas, on evaluating oil and gas producing properties for time rating of reserves and coordination of legal, geological, engineering, operation and business evaluation efforts towards acquisition or sales of oil and gas properties; and 2 years with ARCO’s Corporate Planning, on identification and analyses of critical global oil-related issues and response strategies. Mr. Ebneyousef holds BS and MS degrees in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University (LSU) and University of Southern California (USC), respectively.

Dr. Masoud Kavoossi is currently a tenured professor who teaches international business, international business strategy and International marketing at Howard University in Washington DC. He has had graduate and undergraduate appointments at American University, Washington, DC, George Washington University, Sellinger School of Business, Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland, Georgetown University, Washington DC. R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, University of Maryland University College, He is appointed as Distinguished University Chair Professor at Shandong Institute of Business and Technology, P.R. China-2010. Distinguished University Chair Professor of International Business at South Western University of Finance Economics (SWUFE), P.R. China. He has served as graduate faculty of Industrial Management Inst. Tehran,Iran.And he has been an invited guest speaker at College of Agriculture. Tehran, Iran.

He is a holder of the 2003-04, Fulbright-Johannes Kepler Distinguished Chair Professor of International Business in Austria. Professor Kavoossi has served as a lecturer to the Kuopio Polytechnic Intercultural Business Program, Finland. Dr. is the author of a book on Globalization of Business And the Middle East.His areas of specialization include international business issues pertaining to the Middle East, with an emphasis on the business environment.  He has served as the Guest Editor of  a number of publications, including,  Iran-Exports and Imports, Iran International.  Dr. Kavoossi is a frequent contributor to a number of books on international business.  Dr. Kavoossi has been interviewed by the National Public Radio. He is a recipient of A. W. Mellon, Endowed lectureship at the American University of Paris,2004.A Salzburg Seminar Fellow of 2004,Transatlantic Relationship.
